If a cheque is not encashed within 30 days of dispatch, we will deem the cheque to have been lost and will cancel the cheque with necessary instructions to our bank to stop payment of that cheque. This may result in dishonour of that cheque in which case we shall not be liable for the cheque amount to you. Any request for reissuing the cheque will result in deduction of applicable processing charges from the amount of the cheque on reissuance. |

As a result, it is not in our control to match players differently in different tournaments. |

opt out of the tournament in which case the entry fee of Rs. 100/- is remitted back to your account; or |
| |
(ii) |
opt out of the tournament and instead play in a chess tournament for which the entry fee is Rs.50/- in which case the balance Rs.50/- is remitted back to your account; or |
| |
(iii) |
opt out of the tournament and instead play in a chess tournament for which the entry fee is Rs. 50/- and another rummy tournament for which the entry fee is Rs.50/-. |

| 13. |
Any cash prize won by you will be remitted to your account. You can either play more paid tournaments or withdraw the money as you choose. You agree that all withdrawals you make are governed by the following conditions: |

You can choose to withdraw money from your account at any time subject to bonus withdrawal restrictions, as mentioned hereafter and notify us of the same. Once notified, we may disburse the specified amount by cheque, electronic transfer or in any other manner determined by us. |

(b) |
You can make one free withdrawal in a calendar month. Any subsequent/additional withdrawal requests within the same month will attract applicable processing and service charges which are currently at Rs. 100 for every additional withdrawal which will be deducted from your account. |

using credit card(s), debit cards, netbanking usernames, passwords, authorization codes, prepaid cash cards, mobile phones not belonging to you without permission of the owner of the above mentioned instruments to make payments, or |

accessing someone else's account without authorization, |

is being carried involving your account, we will apart from terminating your account and debarring you from future registration with us, retain the balance till the end of due legal process for mitigation of the fraud. This will be without prejudice to other statutory recourses we may initiate in accordance with the appropriate law currently in force in India. |

You understand and agree that once you have paid the entry fee for a game/competition/tournament and have not requested for a refund or exchange in accordance with clause 12 above, the entry fee is debited from your account as a valid payment and you will not be entitled to either a refund or an exchange of the same. |

You also understand and accept that your participation in a game/competition/tournament available on the Website does not create any obligation on us to give you a prize. Your winning a prize is entirely dependent on your skill as a player vis-à-vis other players in the game/tournament/competition and subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that game/tournament/competition. You understand that the Internet is inherently an unreliable medium and it is possible that you may not be able to play on the Website due to technical reasons.
