Games24x7 was one of the first entrants in the gaming industry in 2006, when India started showing the first signs of promise for online gaming. In 2018-19, the mobile games market in India generated over $600 million in revenues. With close to 450 people in its Mumbai and Bangalore offices, Games24x7 is India’s largest mobile games business today and is very well positioned to become the 800-pound gorilla of what will be a $2 billion market by 2022. While Games24x7 continues to invest aggressively in its India centric mobile games, it is also diversifying its business by investing in international gaming and other tech opportunities.


Summary of Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst, who would be a part of the Marketing Acquisition Team for RummyCircle.


Responsibilities include:

As a Data Analyst with the Product Team in Marketing Acquisition, the candidate selected for the role is

expected to start work on theories/hypotheses from scratch beginning with validation/rejection of the theory from available data. The process will be:

  1. Defining the tests for the Validity of the theory
  2. Identifying the relevant data points for the purpose of the test
  3. (If Required) Pulling data from various sources into a table
  4. Create Visualizations to effectively convey the findings


Growth Path

The Candidate selected for the role is expected to grow into a Product Role within the Acquisition team.

Working on the theories provided and proving/disproving those theories, the candidate is expected to

develop a deep understanding of the analyzing problems which players on RummyCircle face while

engaging with the platform right from the start of their journeys. The candidate is expected to base their

analysis on facts and data.

With this understanding, the candidate is eventually supposed to come up with his own theories and

suggest tests to validate those theories and basis the findings, the candidate is expected to further

suggest Product Features which would ultimately help the Company maximise its revenue by enhancing the User Experience on the platform.


Minimum Job Qualifications:

We are looking for a graduate from one of the Tier 1 Engineering Colleges (IITs, IIITs, Select NITs) with 2-

4 years experience of working in a consumer facing online business. The candidate should have:
