Siddharth has been one of APAC’s best-known marketers for building business, brands, and winning teams across India and emerging markets. At Games24X7, Siddharth is responsible for driving the organisation’s growth agenda in both India and international markets. Siddharth is widely acknowledged in industry fora and award juries and is a best-selling author. Siddharth is an MBA from FMS Delhi, with executive education from IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School and is a Chevening Scholar from the University of Oxford.

Sandeep leads innovation and tech strategy at Games 24x7. Sandeep is responsible for creating and implementing a technological vision to turbo-charge the tech stack, and to support explosive growth in the company’s user-base. He brings an extensive background in creating large-scale distributed systems, responsive front-ends and real-time data pipelines. Sandeep joined Games24x7 in February 2018. Prior to Games24x7, Sandeep has worked at Hike Messenger. Before that, as an entrepreneur, he built a company that allowed people to do live video streaming of personal events. Sandeep holds a Master of Science degree from Utah State University.

Malay has over 23 years of experience in dealing with corporate legal, compliances, taxation, M&A, dispute resolution and regulatory matters. He has been associated with Games24x7 since 2011. In addition to handling all Indian tax compliance matters, Malay also advises the company on cross-border taxation and structuring issues. Malay is a graduate in Economics and Organisational Psychology and holds a degree in law from the University of Lucknow.

Rahul comes with over two decades of varied leadership experience across strategic finance, corporate development and investment banking in the technology sector. At Games24x7, he is responsible for leading the corporate development initiatives including acquisitions, partnerships and investments. Rahul has worked in bulge bracket investment banks such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in New York and led technology sector coverage at ICICI Securities. He is an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management and has an undergraduate degree in engineering from IIT, Delhi.

Tridib is a PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from Arizona State University, where he specialised in AI-driven data centre optimisation and body sensor networks. At Games24x7, Tridib is responsible for applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to automate business decision making and enhance user experiences in our offerings. Tridib has co-authored a book from Cambridge University Press, multiple book chapters, and published 60+ research papers in reputed journals and conferences. He has 10+ granted US patents in addition to 30+ US patent applications.

Vikrant has two decades of experience across functions of Human Resources through companies and industries. He is specialised as a leader for organisation transformation, facilitator, coach, interventionist, and trainer. Vikrant is passionate about behavioural sciences and organisation behaviour. He is an avid reader and writer.

Saroj has been associated with Games24x7 since 2007 and has an unparalleled grasp of a gamer’s psyche, which helps him identify the player’s needs and design customised technological solutions around it. He plays a pivotal role in building highly scalable, robust and innovative solutions for our gaming platform. He started his career as a lead engineer in Accenture. Saroj is a BTech from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar. He is an avid gamer and enjoys playing real cash games.

Avin brings over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry. He strongly believes that providing newer gameplay experiences through product innovation is plays an important role in attracting players and sustaining their engagement. A passionate gamer and a perfectionist by nature, Avin holds a management degree from the Indian School of Business.
