The one-hour session conducted by a power yoga trainer and yoga aerobics expert brought together employees and their families from Games24x7’s offices across India and the US.

Through the well-rounded routine of aerobics and Indian Yoga, the session aimed to enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of all the participants.
